USA Hire Interview user accounts are disabled after 60 days of inactivity. You will receive an email from cloud@performancefit.com warning you when your account will be disabled and will include a link to log in from the email itself.
If your account is disabled, please reach out to your agency administrator for an account reset. Once your account has been reset, you will receive an email from cloud@performancefit.com with a reset link. This link will only be active for 24 hours, so it is recommended to complete this reset as soon as possible. If the 24 hours passes, you will need to reach out to your administrator to start the reset process again.
