To access your USA Hire Interview user account for the first time, find your registration link. Your registration link will either be provided to you directly by an Interview Admin or can be found in an email sent to you from cloud@performancefit.com. If you are expecting an email, remember to check your spam folder.
- Registration Link: If you were directly provided a registration link, first complete the "Self-Registration" form. Input your first name, last name, and email address, then select Submit. From there, you will be asked to register your PIV card. Select the Register my PIV Card button. Once you see the confirmation window that confirms your registration was successful, you are ready to access the USA Hire Interview system.
- Registration Email: If you were sent an email from cloud@performancefit.com, select the "Set Up Your Account" hyperlink in the email. You will be asked to register your PIV card. Select the Register my PIV Card button. Once you see the confirmation window that confirms your registration was successful, you are ready to access the USA Hire Interview system.
If your role requires Interview Coordinator or Interview Admin permissions, an Interview Admin on your team will apply those permissions to your user account. By default, all new users are granted the Interviewer role. Navigate to User Roles and Permissions to review the differences between the three roles available to users.
Modify USA Hire Interview Profile
To modify your USA Hire Interview user account profile:
- Select the person icon in the top right-hand corner of the navigation screen.
- Select Interviewer Profile from the drop-down menu.
You can return to your USA Hire Interview user account profile at any time by following these steps.
In the Details tab, ensure that your first name, last name, and email address are all correct. To edit your first name or last name, make your modifications in the First Name and Last Name fields, then select Save. To fix an incorrect email address, contact an Interview Admin on your team.
Re-Enable Disabled User Account
USA Hire Interview user accounts are disabled after 60 days of inactivity.
